silver lenox christmas ornaments. We filled them (they opened) with potpourri that we made from all of the roses DH had given me throughout our relationship.

Custom CD's that I called "The Official Wedding Soundtrack" since we did a movie/40's theme. I used a photo of the gold ceiling at the Reception Hall.
I burned all 250 myself. You just reminded me that this time two years ago that's all I did every single night! Ten a night was my goal and it took about two months! LOL.
I was listening to it today in the car...all oldies, but goodies.

CD's that I made with our wedding song, what we danced with our parents to and then a bunch of love songs that I liked. I made a booklet of pics of DH and I growing up and dating.
And bags of candy.

Lisa, I love your CD favors! I always wanted to do that but I knew our musical tastes wouldn't necessarily fly with all of our guests.

We got married right before the 4th of July so we attached a scroll (indicating that we had donated to a meaningful charity) to a wrapped box of sparklers and monogrammed match book.

we have some very creative and generous posters here! That's awesome 
We gave a cd as our program and then gave out small treasure boxes with personalized candy inside.

We gave out bottles of maple syrup in a leaf-shaped bottle.
we did the same thing and we also gave each guest a venetian mask to wear during the reception.

we didnt give out favors.
we made a donation to a charity and put a frame on each table telling our guests that we made this donation in lieu of giving favors.

Ditto - we gave to the Twin Towers fund and handed out American Flag pins as well since we were married close to the 1 year anniversary.
